sre shareholders have watched the share price fall from 28 cents in june to 14 cents now. in the same time most resources stocks have at least doubled or trebled. meanwhile michael lives the highlife, smoking his cigars and p1ss1ng shareholders money away on salaries for himself, his son, and his very good mates - the advisors, his management, and his dodgy director pals.

do any sre holders have any thoughts on this amazing return on their investments ? maybe they just want to realise a tax-loss.

kiernan's history speaks for itself - a total disaster. it seems to me it works like this:

    1) michael identifies cr@p assets and buys shares
    2) michael gets the board of a dodgy company he's chairman of to buy his or son james or son laurence holdings at a decent premium
    3) michael needs more money, so he issues more shares, diluting existing shareholders
    4) repeat stages 1 to 3 five times or so
    5) dodgy company goes in liquidation
    6) michael buys a dodgy company
    7) michael issues more shares to buy the crap assets in (1) off the receivers of dodgy company in (2)
    8) repeat stages 4 to 7 five or so times
    9) go back to step 1

don't forget to do a few interviews to inexperienced hack journalists to write what a top bloke you are and how previous boards 'stabbed you in the back'.

so sre shareholders - is this the strategy that's going to get you rich ? comments, please, you would be millionaires.
