Last time I checked, there were no politicians physically building the site. I hardly see how it falls on a political party.
If it's ASIO's building.. and they are the ones who are obviously worried about security, you think they would ensure it was built the way it needed to be built.
Also ASIO acts under the Governer-General, so couldn't you blame him for not looking after it?
ALSO the work was contracted out. so blame the contractors really.
If I was working on the site, and I stupidly let dodgy people wander around the site and insert listening devices into the walls, who's fault is that? Hardly a political party, it would be my fault and my fault only. It would reflect onto the company doing the work. Not the poor sods who hired me.
