It's very possible I could be reading too much into today's drilling update, however there was no specific mention in the announcement that the drilling had reached 'total depth' and in fact 5 additional metres had been drilled on what the earlier announced total depth was to be (ie. 2005m drilled rather than the programmed 2000m).

I am the first to agree that an extra 5 metres of drilling may neither be here nor there - it's not much - but I wonder if, after the DST, could it be possible that a decision could be made to continue drilling further down? Having said that, I note that the DST is being undertaken on a sector prior to total depth.

Would be interested in the views of those more informed on these types of things than me.
