I feel like the combined product storage/loading bay is too...

I feel like the combined product storage/loading bay is too small, especially if there is any kind of pick up delay during the wet season. I wonder if the legal requirements changed some time after that part of the shed was designed. Perhaps the intent was to store product in the bagging room, but now they need to separate bagged-but-not-yet-tested from ready-to-go, so the RTG bags are stored where the trucks should have clear space to load.
