@Reaper11; the failures are not in public school sex education or as regards 'relationship education' ... it's NOT in schools at all!
Much of what we're seeing is 'special cases' being marketed by our grubby media as 'common place' - it's NOT!
We need to be drilling down fearlessly and without prejudice into what are indeed 'special cases' - many of which we're told follow numerous previous offences and numerous soft responses from our courts, appeals bodies and our parole boards.
Decisions made by politicians to close down and to defund specialist mental health facilities and to release people battling serious mental health issues back into the community without adequate support have proven disastrous.
