    summary: they said they could raise $525 million to buy trump towrers in the US but failed to come up with the funds. they are suing the other party for $900k, the other party is counter suing claiming they never had access to the funds.

    not a very clear article in the way it was written but didn't fill me with confidence that the 260 million is coming.
