Disappointing to see that with how significant this is for the ASX listed brewery, it still failed to hit the AFR, who instead ran a puff piece for Broo - https://www.copyright link/business...o-follow-bearded-hipster-wave-20180612-h11b2k

At least we are now bigger in terms of Market Cap, the fact that Broo was previously valued at 3 times its current was also a sore point for me, ordinary beer with limited sales channels, but a buyer in China. Meanwhile Gage, which already has a multi million dollar brewery is signing contracts with stadiums, sporting organisations, winning beer awards, sponsoring world class festivals and events and now buying an iconic WA beer brand - and yet they still get no airtime as the only (real) brewery listed on the ASX.

Pull your finger out AFR and get around them!
