TOTLALLY agree with u that MGC has no problem . over reaction of share price.

Banking-------no trouble
P/L-----------Still make profit, A2m just started making 7 million profit and it was in loss for a year since listed.
Both Mgc and A2m are in high profitable business baby formula now.

Orders-----------still plenty
Industry----------good sector


only problems were that the former CEO gave farmers too much and expected too high

So far I think it is because market expected too high in tough market condition. Also MGC just started changing, the baby formula just on market both in Australia and China on 15/04/16. Let wait and see the further update on this.
