So is anyone here going with the PPL proposal ? I guess I know the answer already , Did I read an additional 34% of the 2003 project ?

What I really do not get is 1998 ? they take over for an extra 2% .. But why ?

I got enough paper from them here to cut down one beautiful blue gum .. but possibly it would have been better used as another form of paper .

And realistically , what are the alternatives now ? never thought it would get this messy .
