Yeh I'm just punting on the developer and her following. The project itself is irrelevant to me.
The meta stuff doesn't overly shock me. Not my cup of tea, but that game Second Life has been around almost two decades filled with a digital marketplace selling stuff for thousands of dollars. This just seems like the next iteration of that. I do still think that only one or 2 will survive though and 1st mover advantage is important.
