“We believe Krucible’s share price does not truly reflect the Company’s fair value,” said Chairman Sean Kelly. “Krucible is sitting on several assets, just one of which had been announced to the market back on 8 April 2010 to have a net present value based on a scoping study of around $83m. This alone suggests to me that our share price is dramatically undervalued.”
