However considering those are max timelines given, on the one hand it may be done much quicker than the roughly two months that the times add up to (e.g. the step "within 14 days" may only take 5 days), but then you have to add some time for the steps with no time guidance given. How much time??
In other words it might be significantly less than say two months, or it might take more than two months.
Back to square one for timing it!
