yeh, announcement 'we are in discussion as with the last 5yr'.
There will be an extension imo.
They are going to look stupid if funding falls over or worse.
The good old days a deal was done on a paper towel over lunch. They should let it trade on speculation funding done, close, this could go on for weeks/months.
