Cycles come and go and if PLV can be a miner through a cyclical down turn its a huge win for a junior. Explorers die in this climate.

Lots of talk about IO down turns and expansions ceasing. We contract to the big boys and there is no change this year, next year they are reviewing project yes, but have this "The work books for these companies are secure for the next 12-24 months" to quote a Hartley's email yesterday.
It seems in 3 years time there may be a whole new Australia
