Where does it say that the dotted line had to be signed on the 16th of July? There were talks in the announcement about a term agreement with a JV Partner, but nothing about the signing on the dotted line.
And, for all we know, that could still be on the card. After all the purchase of Cockatoo has now been agreed to and the legals have all of that in their capable hands to make it all final and legal.
A little more clarity please.
