a number of posters have pointed to the "over worked" problems with the Tasmanian Judiciary for the delays in the judgement on the venture minerals case. Can anyone provide any info on what are typical time frames for judgements to be handed down for similar cases (if there are any) and what is the likely time frame that this case may take to get a judgement. As a LTH my patience has long since departed and complete frustration has taken over. God help all us holders.
