The trouble now for all of us is that even a fovourable court decision isn't going to help the BFS project economics with Fe less than $50/T and Sn dropping below $16000/T (even if the exchange rate drops to $0.7Aus/$1 US). We are definitely back to being a junior miner without a viable project. So we need lots of exploration and good results to beef up the project - and low overheads........
