the only reason why the share market crashed in the first place was because of overgeared suckers prepared to pay too much for properties in the US
Property speculators are the reason why sharemarket investors are suffering at the moment.
Luckily I saw it coming and sold out of the market
and bought back in recently
in a way it was good thing. I managed to offload a lot of duds and pick up some half descent businesses like ASX, TOL and BXB
Now all that is left now is for the property market to go the way of the British and US experience.
Once that has happened and the ASX goes up as it is now my job will be complete.
