About 5 or 6 weeks ago LYC did inform the market the drop was to do with investors liquidity issues and it reassured the market that development is on track and on budget. They did this without being asked or queried so i suspect if there was any further relevant info it would be advised. I believe the problems are external to LYC, but thats only my opinion.
