That target statement MUST include the expert's report.Expert was given a max 3 months from the date of the TOP order to produce the report. Order was issued 6th Oct

There can be no end of the offer until there is a supp target declaration and there can be no supp declaration without the expert's report.

My feeling is that it will be around the end of the year/beginning of new year before this is sorted. EMR are legally bound by the TOP rulings to extend the offer on the 27th, likely for another month initially.

However anyone that has taken up the offer or that does so whilst the offer remains open, is entitled to sell their EMR shares (under the understanding that they lose the right to withdraw), so it is possible some of the selling is as a result of that. The first tranche of EMR shares were issued on the 13th Oct.

Pondering weather MH & Co had any idea it would be this difficult to get their hands on their prize.
