not to mention, numbers I googled suggested two thirds of the 72m 15-49yo females in US use some form of contraception or other (eg condoms, sterilisation, long acting reversible contraception etc), so there will also be some of those who would change to E4 oral contraception who had previously found traditional oral contraception unsuitable. Or decide to try it first it rather than say sterilisation.
