Well it is the strategy and a smart one.
can see the buying around the 5.3 cents and accumulating.
remember the chairman brought in at 7 cents and over $1M worth.
So he is down $200k at moment and i am sure knows the strategy here to get his money back and the T/O above the 7 cents mark.
So definate buying opp right now for ST opp.
