    I do not support termination payments when viewed in relation to poor performance. Not for one second.

    However, do you not agree that it is the responsibility of the investor to investigate terms of employment of senior management, and to be aware of what those terms are, rather than to feel sore about it when the manager turns out to be less than effective?
