If there was another interested party it would be definitely in their interest to spark as much doubt as possible to get a stake in PMN as cheaply as possible.

They'd hardly want to pay the higher prices for PMN achieved in the wake of the Suncorp bid - a bid that they are intent upon subverting.

Anyway, the above is mere speculation. There is, to my knowledge, NO other bid on the table.
