I was wondering why the price has stalled and did not shoot up to 11.2 cents?
• Tangiers is offering 0.468 Tangiers shares for every Jacka share held
• The Offer ratio implies a value of 11.2 cents per Jacka share(1), which is a 56% headline
premium to Jacka’s last closing price of 7.2 cents
Well with Tangiers price heading down to 20 cents already today - the "OFFER" HAS NOW BECOME ONLY 9.3 CENTS PER JACKA SHARE ALREADY!!
NO WONDER JACKA HAS STOPPED UNDER 9 CENTS! AS TANGIERS GO DOWN, SO DO WE!
