It certainly seems timed to try and stop the hearing DK.Its only a couple of days from a possible hearing date being set.
One wonders if Aims lawyers have sighted the NS evidence and perhaps suggested that MF should walk right now.
Still if NS feel MF's done the dirty they may still chase his converted performance stock.
We'll see in a few days if this is an MF chasing exercise.
