    Sunlight hours, big diurnal temperature variations and particularly the crucial dry atmosphere necessary for high THC production suit the Mildura location perfectly. Extreme temperature days are not a huge problem with ventilated greenhouses.

    Anywhere near the coast is problematic. Dehumidifying is expensive.
    - but there are of course other "economic geography" factors such as you have mentioned.
