@NoRunningLights, I think you make some very valid points. Growing cannabis in artificial environments is expensive and like you mentioned it doesn't account for the beneficial effects on natural inputs.
Moreover, when cheap pharmaceutical-grade flower or oil products flood the Australian market, running a large indoor commercial facility (with supposedly suboptimal varieties) irrespective of where it's located, is a recipe for financial disaster.
