Your guess is as good as mine but whatever's going on behind the scenes, it doesn't look good. They're running at a heavy loss, in a world of debt, CFO resigning (presumably after viewing the books), legal action by Rua Biosciences, latest company presentation was canceled, and now they are suspended & being independently audited. If I was an investor I would certainly be contacting management for an update.
