Well they got millions in tax rebates, so can't say the system was unfair. They were incompetent from the start, and except for a few keen eyes, most wore rose coloured glasses. Ultimately they tried to grow too big too fast, didn't respect the nuances of cannabis growing, and made some absolute terrible decisions like sending 3.6 mil to scammers, taking that gelpel nonsense to a clinical trial etc. Just amateur stuff. Also, the high turnover of quality staff that left was a red flag, particularly the CFOs that came and went. The layoffs in 2019 were kept quiet, but they literally laid off highly skilled tissue culture staff that they had hired on the very same day. It was embarrassing to see Peter sob that day but mate, wtf are you doing hiring when you haven't secured funding. Finally , the amount of poor quality weed they stored for years in very expensive vaults was alarming. The morale of the team was so low because the company had no direction. Tried to warn y'all. I understand you have to make your own judgements. But there was some other analysis on here by amb, Kelpie, wasko and others that when taken together really put the picture together. lets see what happens.
