Another one bites the dust, page-15

In the last 3 months alone,I have been offered a few cafes and takeaways for nothing.
They are just happy for me to just take over the lease,so they can get out of jail and i can go into jail.
These shops 2 years ago could have sold around 250k easily.
Another problem is the hardworkers out there in the industry that are happy to work 70 hours plus for the pay of 35 hours or less ,can't get finance.
