I do recall conversations with Andy W, Leon G & Jim M a few years earlier regarding the use of X-RAY Ore sorting as this was the game changer. Otherwise Mt Carbine reprocessing the waste would have been uneconomic.
Maybe the difference here is Saloro weren't retreating waste and straight into hard rock mining.
