Mt Carbine is also a 100 year mine. EQR has a management team that is experienced with multi-site in different time zones. Their current JV partner is European and the chairman mixes his time between Germany and Singapore. Saloro is already producing and management has already improved production (thats why they took it on). They checked the geology and found it was similar to Mt Carbine and could use xray ore sorters to improve recoveries, production and reduce costs. They brought on board one of the largest money managers in the world which will cement EQR as a global player and not some old deposit in FNQ.
