Boyle Investment Co. said it partnered with a group of unidentified local, private investors to buy Lion’s Head Village for $13.5 million.
With athletic retailer Sports Seasons among its other tenants, Lion’s Head Village is 100 percent leased.
Brokers Paul Gaither and Jim Morris of commercial real estate firm CB Richard Ellis in Nashville represented seller Centro Properties in the transaction that was financed by Pinnacle National Bank.
Boyle will handle leasing and management of Lion’s Head Village. The Memphis-based development firm, which has a Nashville office, also owns, manages and leases properties.
