I really like the language IDL use in their annoucements. To me it reflects a very strong and genuine focus on their clients which I guess is the meat behind the growth they are generating in terms of new clients and repeat contracts.

I'm no expert but from what I've read relationships are especially important when doing business in China. IDL appear to have this aspect very well sorted and are in a fantastic position to support China's aim to increase coal production by 25%+ over the next 5 years.
