About time someone put it out there, i thought the CFE guys would have cottoned onto it earlier. They have been talking about a few other parties and why TS would buy it, but they havent linked it with QMN yet, not hard really when you see who has been buying Matrix leases.

The big question is how could it work? CFE have some very big partners in China who seem to love any TS does and are prepared to pay big dollars to be a part of or buy outright. Could be an interesting combined package.

This is all speculation of course, right pheonix!!
