Withdrawal right for those that accepted 17 Dec finishes close of business tommorow so next week will tell where Saputo sit on the register but can't see them getting over 50% so the true value of the offer is $9.

BGA or MG will have to accept Saputo offer for them to get over the 50% one would think and I just can't see either of them accepting!

Saputo will extend the offer one would think, but one feels most shareholders will wait for the MG offer to be decided by the competition tribunal.
