Another patent granted to Jeff Edwards on April 23. P&G are the assignee. Cosmetic Skin Care Device
The drawings look like the magnetic booster.
The claim is " The ornamental design for a cosmetic skin care device, as shown and described", so assuming its simply a design patent. Odd that it's taken so long though given the booster's been in the market for quite some time.
Perhaps someone with more knowledge can help.
