My opinion is a major shareholder sold out before and during the panick selling. But a couple of weeks ago there was a large buyer at 4 cents. I had estimated that day they purchased around 80 million shares. So the seller at 17 cents down to 6 cents bought back in at 4 cents. Once they announce sales of some rubies , Jorc update and new MD everyone will be back on as we all love the feeling of telling friends we just made a lot of money this week. Hold on
