Therefore you can't sell if only exploration license. Note the new lease purchased was not a mining lease, but exploration only. So even if we found the best there is, MUS couldn't sell what was found.

Why went to auction knowing they could not sell any (special) rubies without the right permit. Looks like misleading investors on this point. Everybody assumed that all special stones went to auction, that is what i can recall from previous statement
