Don't necessarily agree with market cap defining a spec stock. You could have a $500mill spec stock, or a $10mill spec stock. I don't consider LUM a spec anymore, technology is proven, marketing has started, sales are coming in the door. That is why LUM has risen so spectacularly, in this case it is not on hot air.
I too hate seeing rampers pushing up a stock, but the volumes on this one far exceed the combined possible efforts of the Lummettes.
