I really don't expect any sales orders with Sanofi at all - at least not until the production line is up and running and they get FDA approval.
That could be as late as June 2011..
The reason is that Sanofi want to own Unilife outright, so there is no way they want to increase the share price any more than they have to.
They already have the exclusivity agreement in place, UNS have to provide 30% of production for Sanofi even if there are no sales contracts.
So no sales contracts upfront, lets wait until the proven product is delivered to our door step. Then we'll see how this goes.
I think you are more likely to see sales contracts from other pharmas (who don't have exclusivity) or other exclusivity deals before Sanofi sales contracts.
