Two factors that affect cost of opex in any mining operation:
- energy
- labour

Stb will use solar evaporation technique which will reduce use of energy drastically.

Stb will hire locals, and cost of local labour is no where near cost of labour in Canada.

Yes its speculative, and no near term announcements plus markets are tanking, thus the drop.
