    No need to dissect every nuance in the language. It is the only open pit, surface resource in the world and 65 km from port. You dont even need a back of envelope calculation to tell that it will be the cheapest Capex and opex among all mines.

    Moreover you missed their statement on p22 of the May presentation -"lowest capex per ton in the industry" - no ambiguity here.
