It certainly looks like competition to some degree.

Although xTV is intending using their platform for other industries, not linking themselves solely into Healthcare, instead trying to use it as their first stepping stone.

Nonetheless this could affect their current position / actions as could a number of other things, but how much, hard to quantify at this stage.

Seem to already be established to some degree in the industry unlike xTV which have had to create their opening.
