talk of quality assets is hype - none of the ports have a high certainty of income and in a recession will all see reduced traffic.
they still have not stated the terms of gas financing and just expect investors to go "on faith".
however considering they were over $1.90 certainly looking a lot cheaper these days, but XD could be interesting....
