the important question is how they raised the funds and what interest rate, considering this tight financial market.
Broker commented on "frightening pace" of ports acquisitions.
EV/EBITDA over 10 is not cheap so l hope they have done their sums on this one as it is the energy divisions that are currently bringing home the bacon.
not sure in the current climate if these purchases are wise but they obviously have a game plan.
however lcan see a sell off XD if sentiment remains negative, but BBI seems cheap at present.
