on fire... If the results of the preliminary studies from Mesoblast go onto to get FDA approval and large-scale utilisation, in my opinion they could revolutionise some areas of medicine.
The latest announcement showing that the stem cell technology may work to stop the progression of heart failure, if clinically sound on further trials, is unbelievable! Heart failure is currently an incurable disease that can be tempered but not fixed by various medications.
I am only an Intensive Care physiotherapist (not an expert), but this technology seems to have massive potential.
This is reflected in today's SP post announcement.
