Quasar would then have to match/beat that price.
Whoever buys our 25% will know that they must offer a decent price because it will be voted by the shareholders. If it was a poor price, I don't think that AGS will get the shareholder approval to sell. All interested parties will know this.
I think most people here would probably approve the sale if it was around 74c or more according to the RCR valuation. Did AGS hint this in their ASX release as a rough price they are looking for?
