Another Positive, page-3

I have avoided posting ...the threads have become just a little too personal and unpleasant with some past posters re-appearing with what I think is very dubious intent. So the court case was settled on the steps...the reason given a little thin. ...but we now know that there is definitely some interested party/parties....who maybe made it clear that they would remain interested only if the litigation was out of the way. ...so wisely get it out of the way. Now that the unknown delays of a Court case/appeals/etc are out of the way I would expect much quicker than previously possible action.
